'Buckshee!' can claim to have been one of the most popular and lively acts on the Colchester pub circuit for several years. From Cajun to Caribbean, Irish to Appalachian, rock to reggae, their exciting and versatile set will appeal to all ages.[Kelvedon Tribune]
'I am an addict. They play wonderful music, create a great atmosphere and you just want to get up and dance.' [Peppy Barlow, playwright]
' Un duo à l'energie communicative' ........instrumentalement tres polyvalents, ils régalerent le public jusque tres tard dans la nuit de musique cajun, irlandaise, de blues et swing, en clôturant sur un hommage a Edith Piaf. 'good
ambience, good music, good foot-tapping stuff, good group of followers.' [Barry,
Landlord]

'We loved it all!!! I just liked the earlier pieces even more. I loved the depth and range of those pieces, and it was hard to believe that that much sound, energy, and colour was coming from just two people. Visually you are wonderful together to watch, especially as in the hall last Saturday, the movements of your playing were projected behind you as shadows, and the profile of you and your sax looked amazing. There is something very refreshing about your performance, and its exciting. rupert herries - artist, singer songwriter
Hi,
I have never e-mailed a group after a party as Live music can be Hit and Miss
and not appeal to everybody. But i have to say that your performance on that
evening was FANTASTIC even the Oldies with Zimmer frames got up and Danced.
We have alot of functions throughout the year and we would not hesitate to book
you as our 1st choice in the future. Sorry if the photo is not very good but
there were too many people on the dance floor.
Many Thanks Chris Wright
